This Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between TurnClicksToClients.com ("TurnClicksToClients.com" or "We") and the undersigned customer ("Customer" or "You") as of the date of signing this Agreement. By signing this Agreement, Customer agrees to all of the terms and conditions outlined below. This is a week-to-week agreement, and by continuing to make payments, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Agreement Term and Payment Structure

1.1 Billing Cycle: The Customer agrees to a week-to-week service agreement. You will be billed on a weekly basis based on the plan you selected.

1.2 Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made to TurnClicksToClients.com are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Service Description

2.1 Core Services: TurnClicksToClients.com will provide business messaging and communication services as outlined in your selected service package.

2.2 Service Limitations: Services are subject to carrier and platform limitations. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 Compliance: Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding business messaging.

3.2 Content: Customer is responsible for providing and approving all message content and ensuring it meets legal requirements.

4. Termination

4.1 Notice Period: Either party may terminate this Agreement with 7 days written notice.

4.2 Final Payment: Customer shall pay all outstanding fees for services rendered through the termination date.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: All intellectual property related to our services remains the property of TurnClicksToClients.com.

5.2 Usage Rights: Customer receives a limited license to use our services during the agreement term.

6. Data Privacy and Security

6.1 Data Handling: We handle all customer data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable laws.

6.2 Security Measures: We implement reasonable security measures to protect customer data.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Liability Cap: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the previous month.

7.2 Indirect Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
